The sensors don't know, they just report the pressure. The car knows and will alert you if low. I got my extra sensors at Tire rack, comes right up for our car, they worked perfectly with no programming of any sort.

Just want to update in case anyone else is wondering, P/N 42753-T3R-A04 for the base integra will work in place of 42753-T6N-E03. The only difference is A04 is a rubber stem vs the metal stem on the E03. I bought a set of the A04 for my winter setup and it updated itself within 10 min of install being driven around, no reprogramming needed. Pretty sure it'll be cheaper in most cases vs the E03 version and less likely to corrode.
