Just wanted to add a couple of things that I have found to this thread.

1. More of a poll, the seals/weather stripping that go from the gap of the outside of the door and stand up against the glass buzz and rattle on both front sides on my car. Did my tint guy mess up?

2. Passenger side rattles galore
2a. I think I hear the speaker grill mentioned by OP very rarely.
2b. I’ve heard the A pillar rattle
2c. Inner door handle buzzes
2d. Housing for window switch, can grab the end of the armrest near dash and hear it stop

3. Both outer door handles buzz LIKE CRAZY and if you grab the handle as if you were opening door you can hear it stop

4. I have heard the overhead driver side speaker rattle which I just smacked and it stopped

5. New one this winter the top of the headliner like right in the middle closer to where the sunroof begins has rattled

6. I have heard glass rattle from the rear. I guess it could be one of the rear fenders or hatch but terrible noise every once in awhile
For 1, do you grab the black plastic to shut the door? It's a common trend in car design now to put that black plastic there and make the pillar blend more into the windows. Typically it loosens over time and will start to creak, buzz, and rattle.

Well this is passenger side so I could see a passenger doing it but I certainly don’t. This is also the exterior seal on the outside of glass, I don’t know if we’re talking about the same piece

The upper one that runs along the door and meets with the black shiny plastic?

How often do you lube the rubber?

Hoping someone can help as I have been trying to track down this rattle for awhile now with no luck , I believe it may be coming from the front right passenger side

Lower one that runs along the bottom of the window
Oh! Now I understand.

I don't think it was your tint person. Mine are super loose and always have been. You can press on them lightly on mine and they easily flex a half inch. I've seen them with gaps on some cars.

I can't find it now but someone opened a case with Honda and they called it "normal". I think it was on the accord forums.

Alright, I'm tracking down another rattle. I think my passenger side rattle is more complex than I originally thought.

Again, the rattle or buzz is faint but audible and only happens around 4-6k RPM and primarily when on power.

I took apart a bunch of trim last night trying to locate a source but I didn't really find much.

I think the door and pillar trim contribute to a small bit of rattle, but it's difficult to make a qualitative measurement of rattles.

I don't have pics, but I removed all of the trim around the glovebox and unplugged the ANC module. Rattle was still there, but a bit more audible, I believe. I suspect that the heater assembly in the center of the dash, or the console itself is a primary cause of the rattle. It has multiple moving parts with somewhat loose tolerances. Not sure whether I will continue to chase this one down. Perhaps if I find the strength to remove the center console.
Curious if you ever ended up resolving it. I think I might be having a similar issue where I get a buzzing from 3-4k rpm. Seems like it's coming from the console somewhere. I haven't had time to rip apart the car yet but from my quick driveway diagnosis when I put tension on the floor vents it goes away

I'm 75 with damaged hearing, so I haven't noticed any of this stuff. My advice, drive it hard, keep the rpms up, forget about the rattles. Cars like this have squeaks and rattles. Get rid of it or get over it.

In your case you are lucky to have bad hearing . Spending almost $60k on car and having these issues is no fun . In my case keeping the rpm’s up makes it worse and has been driving me nuts , every time I step on the gas I get a loud rattle . I love the way the car drives don’t get me wrong but I can’t ignore a loud noise like this . Getting rid of it wouldn’t be so easy when the next buyer hits the gas and hears these noises .

I'm also struggling pin-pointing where this is coming from, tried to press down on the headliners but still have not found the exact location.

I had a terrible and hard to locate rattle from the overhead console area. It turned out to be poorly secured wiring making contact with the plastic covers over the camera that's forward of the rear view mirror.

I just removed the covers, put felt tape or adhesive foam on anything that might touch anything else, and the rattle was gone.

you ever figure out what that rattle is? I don’t have anyone that drives manual so I can’t sit and locate it myself. I have sound deadening in my doors and that rattle is still there for my A Spec Tech. I was thinking it was coming from the vent in that area either the top or the center one…. I thought glove box too. I don’t think it’s the head liner. But I have that exact noise

Nope , car was stolen before I could figure it out. I took it to 2 Acura dealers that I believe banned me bc they didnt want to fix it under warranty and I ended up calling client relations on them. One dealer said bc I had a stick on carbon fiber dash trim that my warranty was void lol. I suspect it was something cracked on the heater core as I have seen some others with the issue. Wishing you luck

Well with what the repair for that looks like I guess I’ll live with it and wait until there’s a recall if ever with maybe an easier fix then literally ripping the entire dash apart. Hopefully that isn’t it. I’ll have to get someone to drive this thing so I can try to pin point it

Lots of common rattles in the doors with speaker grill, wire harnesses, and in some cases (like mine) broken mounting clips from factory. Someone pinpointing the noise first will help get you started. I've chased and fixed a dozen or so rattles now... Tearing up my whole dash soon to try and fix the stupid center display. That thing buzzes more than a bee hive.
