Hi,

Just flash my car for the first time with the 93 octane map and so far I have lost the pops and bangs.. no sounds at all. And also the close object detection warning things is gone... I have not checked if it was set to off somewhere but i'm curious if any of you have add any issues with the car behaviour after flashing...

thanks for the inputs

Connect up an obd2 reader. You likely have a “ghost code” pending. Clear that and the pops and bags should come back. I don’t know about the sensor though…

sensor defaults to off when you reflash. Just go into the driver assist menu in the gauge cluster (steering wheel control) and turn it back on. easy peasy. Also, if you got an off the shelf map from Hondata, you should contact @JesterTuned and work with him for a custom map. way better and very affordable.

Thanks this also worked for me, any one knows if this was reported to hondata that the sensor defaults to off when you reflash?

I'm sure they know. Not hard to turn it back on. I forget every time though.
