In previous years model year updates for the Integra were unveiled in late May or early June. I think Honda tends to have a different model year announcement cycle. I think Civic updates tend to be announced in September/October for example.

If it gets cooled seats, I'm selling the Si.

Kidding. Mostly.
But I will cry myself to sleep.

Never got how the Teg never got cooled seats in '23

Decade ago was one thing, but now?
Without leather to fry you from the rear I don't even mind the lack of cooled seats. With tint on I wouldn't even use it.

Now the lack of rear seat venting... Stupid oversight in this decade for the only 4 door manual that can comfortably stuff a rear facing kid seat in back (and yes I'm including the ct5v bw and m3 in this... Their back seats are a pain comparatively).

I'm generally curious because I put my daughter in the back in 90F weather and I don't see the problem of not having vents back there. Actually I'm happy to not have, so I am often perplexed as to why the "There's no rear vent is a problem" faction is so up in arms.

From my perspective it's a fairly small car and with the AC on full blast it cools the whole cabin suitably.

Perhaps in the deep south 100+ weather it's not enough.....?

You're not wrong! Once I put some insulating sound deadening foam in the doors that helped a lot as well.

My issue is that when I put the ac on full blast I end up freezing out my wife and myself before the back gets cool enough. The tint helps a ton as well. If my wife starts to get cold she starts closing off vents and turning down her zone and that kills a ton of airflow or just shifts it over to me because the system doesn't do any metering.

In her audi we have 4 zone with metering, so I pump the rear to cool the kids down and they have vents at their backs, faces, feet, and the console area.

The real issue here is our weird family... My son runs hot and will run around with no jacket on in 40F weather where my wife runs cool and she freezes at 70F. I'm in the middle, so no happy medium for anybody.

Make sense. On my end the two exterior vents blow up and towards the window, and the middle two up and straight through the middle, over the center console. With that setup it seems to be fine even for my wife who tend to be like yours. Once we achieve a cooled cabin I set it to about 70F and hit Auto.

Don't get me wrong, I do recognize the convenience it would provide but not to the level for which it gets attention for being a missing feature.

On my end, the happy not to have is thanks to living with a 5 year old. Dexterous, independent and curious enough to stick things in the vent if I don't pay attention, but not logical enough yet to know not to do it. Plus one less thing to go wrong.

Same theory applies to the sun roof. Nice feature but for my personal use, the long term potential for it to spring a leak or break far exceeds the benefits I'd get from having one.
