3D Printable Larger Locking Cupholder - Free File Download

I can't be the only one who has a water bottle that is just slightly too big for the cupholders in our Integras, so here is the solution I came up with and that I wanted to share with you all : a larger, 3d printable cupholder that locks into the existing cupholder (for safety!).

I'm including a link to both the .STEP and .STL file, for free, for anyone who would like to either print themselves a cupholder or would like to modify the file to fit their specific water bottle. https://www.printables.com/model/1536416-acura-integra-and-2021-2025-honda-civic-bigger-loc

I'm assuming that this will also fit a variety of other 2021+ Honda and Acura vehicles as well. This is currently sized at 86.5mm to fit my 1L Camelbak Chute.

I am happy to modify the file myself to fit your existing water bottles, just reply with your water bottle diameter and I will slowly get around to uploading a new version.

Would you be willing to modify the dimensions for this HydroFlask mug?

I measured mine physically and the diameter is 3.5" (89mm). It leaves a for a sliver of space.

I would like to ask if the height could be lower as well, to 3/4" (19mm). I'm thinking I could take this to a local library and have them 3D print it!

@sventhecivic I have uploaded two new different versions of the file to the original printables link:

1. cupholder - hydroflask 89mm dia and 19mm tall.STL
   1. Following your recommended dimensions
2. cupholder - hydroflask 91mm with handle slot.STL
   1. Based on personal experience, I added a smidge more clearance (91mm diameter) and a slot for the handle so you can keep the full height

Both should be able to print without supports, hopefully. Please try out both versions and let me know what you think. Happy to upload a new version based on your feedback.

Would you be able to help me out with a file for a yeti water bottle. With your default file only the silver base of the bottle fits, where it gets to the powder coated color part of the bottle is where it can’t seat any further. And here’s a picture attached of the dimensions

@4Dparadox please see the newly added file "cupholder-v3-88.5mm-dia.STEP" in the original link. This is 2mm larger than the original 86.5 mm file. Try that out and let me know how to adjust the size from there.
