@4Dparadox please see the newly added file "cupholder-v3-88.5mm-dia.STEP" in the original link. This is 2mm larger than the original 86.5 mm file. Try that out and let me know how to adjust the size from there.

Thanks for this feedback! I was used the blunt end of a cheap pen to push the charger out. Whenever I make my next revision I'll be sure to combine/slot the holes to make it easier for removal.
