First, black ITS looks sinister when clean, but I’m biased.

search for wastegate rattle and see if that’s what you are hearing. I hear it when off the gas under a certain rpm and it’s like a metallic rattle. It’s normal in this platform.

The turbo system on this car is one of the least-pleasant-sounding ones I've ever had.

In particular, it makes goofy noises when trying to drive steady-state (neither accel nor decel) around 3000RPM.

That being said, share a video and we'll see if it sounds off. Just upload it unlisted to YouTube and share the link would be the easiest way.

Iwill try to do that hopefully the camera picks it up. Brought it to the dealer, and they gave an old man, he said "I'm sorry icant hear it" lol šŸ˜…

Do NOT let the dealer do anything. They'll rip your car apart and fuck up putting it back together. You'll end up with 15 more noises than you started with and YOU have to end up telling them what it is.

Ask me how I know.

What you're experiencing is the wastegate rattle, almost sure of it. Tons of threads on this topic here and on the Civic forums. This is the best video I've found that captures it:

As far as I'm aware, there is no fix. You just learn to live with it, which is easier knowing there's nothing fundamentally "wrong".

im beginning to accept that the car comes with it! Aside from creeks and noises! Ilove the car man, it looks so damn good my opinion and Also Ilove how it drives! Probably the first car I have that I felt somewhat content with power delivery and handling out the box from the dealer! Most of my cars I always felt something is missing! But this one, Idont mind driving it with the stock tune. But I'm still curious how it will be tuned with full bolt ons! Thanks for the video bro!
