Mine is about the same thing! Same size and same looking menu, just blue and "Performance Tool" brand. I need to get a better one to deal with the e brake for changing the rear pads though.
all three of those wheels look great on this car.
Regarding the exhaust sound, TSP downpipe won't throw a code and won't need a defouler or tune. Add a front pipe along with it and the exhaust sounds great. Not as throaty as these aftermarket's are though. But they should net a few more hp/tq...
I typically always keep the cheap little $40 one in the vehicle somewhere with me just for instances like this. Glad I had it when I picked up some old 93 octane from Shell because for some reason that makes no sense to me, clearing the codes both times worked.
My codes for the fuel mishap was 0300, 0302, & 0303. I forgot to add that. I'll look up what yours was just to know. These dadgum electronic doodads these days! All gettin' our days in a kerfuffle!
Just added some Chasing J's engine bay stuff and the Eibach Pro springs arrived. The flange on the FSB nuts are not as large as the oem nuts if you're running one, just FYI:
I've just had to clear codes a few times and all was well but it was fuel related twice (old 93 from a rural Shell) and the other was just a fluke with the downpipe/pops/bangs related. I floor the SHIT outta the skinny so I'm not sure that would be related to your code. But who knows!
Must be that rolling coal diesel tune.
?
I too have a crazy soot from the center pipe annoyance. Could just be that. I frequently change my oil and use quality products so not sure what it would be coming from. ??โโ๏ธ
Exactly, same here. If I didn't wanna spend that extra money on other mods then I don't think it'd be that big of an issue. Plus it needs the matching inlet pipe to really complete the look. But I have a spending addiction problem with this car. ??โโ๏ธ Just hafta be smart how I divide up each...
It's a little louder than the Sprint drop in filters and better performing than the "open" style ones like the Pipercross and Armaspeed, but those are much louder though.
Eventuri my favorite looking by far. I went PRL because it's more capable past 450 (although I don't think I want to exceed that any longer) and the price.
Might reach out to Michael Hinton at Axion Industries - he's been known to hunt stuff down for people sometimes. Can also check with Luigi at @lmtlsauto
