The bezel is easy to get off too. Can wrap it or cerakote/spray paint that as well. It looks good when people match it up too.
The S is a vinyl that I get from StickerFab. They've got a few things for our cars on there.
I have another HR Chicane knob but with a red collar and black knob that I'm taking to a firearm custom shop that does engraving and cerakoting to try to make it as close to the old Skunk2 knob as possible - a dark gunmetal of some sort with red engraved gear pattern.
Changed oil, tire rotation, painted shifter bezel, added a sticker - thanks again @miksfield !! LOVE THE Calvin & Hobbes watermark btw - I didn't even see that at first. ?
Did you disconnect the battery when doing this? If so, just need to out miles on and a few startup cycles and should go away. Dumb, but it is what it is.
That would be awesome! The meeting part. Lol I'm planning on going to the tail of the dragon Type R/S meet - probably next year but there's one in October too. I think the spring one is busier.

Amsoil definitely good but GM holds up to repeated heat cycles better. So running hard or track sessions more so, & scorching climates
Same with brake fluid - I'm using Motul 600 now but Castrol is the best for heat with better longevity just like comparing the two above
Hot damn why did you have to share this. ? now I just to figure out how to add our power, lumbar, and a ventilation module. Then I'd actually commit. I'm not against modifying anything. Hahaha
Yeah they're known to happen with Brembo calipers on all makes/models.
I have a secondary gravel driveway and this happens occasionally. Usually falls right out but finally this stubborn one just won't leave after several days. As soon as the oil shows up on the door step I'll address it with...
Absolutely! We live 20 minutes to an hour away from anything too so that has significantly helped. Lol
Good luck on that long haul! I'm sure everyone will enjoy it.
Eh you know, if it pisses them off you know what they say....fuck em. ?
I agree, it's been a ton of fun and coming from a loaded crew cab truck hasn't been an issue with hockey gear, stroller stuff, groceries - sometimes all at once! We love showing up to the car shows and all 4 doors opening...
