This doesn't make sense... The intake should never see pressures high enough to blow out the airbox unless something blew the fuck up. Did it crack open completely or is it delaminating somehow? Was the filter element intact or did it blow out too? If the filter is good then you should be ok...

Yeah everything should transfer over except for the trans cooler. Ktuner can be unlocked and transferred but any tune (other than base maps) is probably locked to the VIN. The 6spd with rev match makes for an easy daily driver.
