I agree. They only tried once at least.
When I suggested I should return it, they agreed pretty quickly. They've also been very responsive to all my inquiries. Honestly pretty happy overall.
The creaking at low speeds is likely body flex I assume. I have similar noises when I back out of the driveway, or am angling into driveways/parking lots, etc. One of My rear wheels comes off the ground all the time due to the stiffness in the body in these super low speed situations.
It's a pretty nice piece and rock solid. The thing doesn't move or flex or anything. I'll be adding more pieces once the budget allows. Take your time on install and reach out if you have any questions.
Pretty much no rattles over here. Heard something in the passenger door for a day or so, but knock on wood, I'm clear. Also running a prl rear motor mount which has added some vibration at idle, but still nothing.

I think I would go with Paragon P3 pads all around if you're not tracking. More aggressive than stock but no more dust than oem pads in my experience. I'm running them on the front right now.
Do you think old nasty fluid would accelerate the wear?
I've changed mine and bled twice in the last 12 months. I have about 6.6k miles on the car after a year and have been running Hawk HPS 5.0 rear pads for the last 10 months, including 6 track days. Although, I'm on the slower side of...
