Hey All,
Decided to start posting in the forums to document my build. If the car looks familiar this is the ITS APR has been using to develop the current kit you've seen circulating around. My goal with the type S is to build a do it all car with my own flare of style. My background comes from Motorsports mainly IMSA as a Car Chief and Race Technician, I also work with Counterspace Garage in developing products that are track focused such as This APR kit. Follow along and i hope you guys enjoy the build !

I could never get an answer from anyone about the Zestek system fitting the DE5. Did you just use the Type R model and it worked? Thanks in advance for answering my question ......... Kev ;-)

Any plans for a proper splitter and cage?
Eventually adding a splitter to the air damn as the car progresses currently want to maximize the street plus setup I have now . As for a cage time will tell I wanted to keep the car as street friendly as possible. Don’t intend on competing in SCCA or doing a crazy unlimited build so a cage is in limbo on my choice on the matter

Any idea what kind of downforce numbers, and at what speeds, the wing is good for?

It's a small but efficient wing. It generates enough to shift the balance of the car without front-end aero. It becomes very effective with a gurney and it's small size makes for good drag numbers as well.

Someone on bimmerpost did the hard work of documenting for us ?

Was about to link the same thread haha . Also for further note the GT 250 is the same blade used in the Honda / Acura TCX / TCR cars

Love the build. Exterior wise, it's almost the same exact look that I want to go for.

Out of curiosity, why did you stick with the Gt-250 wing over the GTC-300? And did you opt for the 61" or 67"? I've been drooling over the entire APR kit since I bought the car a couple of months ago.

Also, what's your take on the Tomei exhaust? What got me looking at the Integra in the first place was seeing one at FD Long Beach with the Tomei exhaust. It looked great.
