FL5 forged wheels

Replace the valve stems when they mount and balance the tires. I’m running the forged FL5 wheels with PS4 along with 15mm and 20mm spacers. Love the fitment and look.

So your saying we can use the TPMS from our OEM DE5 wheels? I have a set of these forged wheels coming and most posts refer to the cast FL5 wheels with the 90 degree bend. The forged wheels have a straight hole so I assume I swap over the TPMS.

Something about taping them too? I dunno

but there’s a ton of 433mhz clip style tpms sensors out there in many shapes that should fit bro

As an update, I had the new FL5 forged wheels installed today. No issue with TPMS. Used the ones from my DE5 OEM wheels without issue.

The center caps from the OEM wheels are too small, even though both wheels have the same bore size. These forged wheels have a larger chamfer in the bore at the face of the wheel. I read somewhere that one of the other Acura vehicles has a larger center cap that fits. For now I like the red, but I’ll hunt down Acura ones that fit.

I read somewhere that one of the other Acura vehicles has a larger center cap that fits. For now I like the red, but I’ll hunt down Acura ones that fit.

Report back if you find OEM caps that fit. I’m currently sticking with the Type R caps to pay homage to my old FL5, but not sure if I want to keep it this way forever.
