Where is the ground bolt near the fusebox?

I'm trying to hardwire my dashcam, however, I don't see a ground bolt near the fusebox. Is it behind the panel or above the dead pedal? Any tips for hardwiring would be appreciated. Got an A-Spec w/ Tech, if that matters.

You can use any bolt that directly seats up against unpainted metal. For my HomeLink mirror install, I popped off the panel that holds the VSA button and used the bolt that holds in the panel behind it (at the bottom left). The wire eyelet goes behind the panel and you thread the bolt through the panel and the eyelet. Just need to remember to reconnect it any time you remove that bolt in the future.

There is a gold color screw on the left side body. Itried other metal parts with a tester but did not see grounding with parts other than the gold color screw.

I found one I used for ground for my multimeter while probing, in the footwell above the clutch or brake pedal.

I used the bolt holding the trunk release.

FYI in the under dash fuse panel fuse # 13 is the only open slot one that goes hot with ignition on. The rest of the open slots are hot all the time ('25 type S). You can see the numbers on the right side of the fuses if you zoom in on this pic.
The hard wire kit might have come with a fuse tap lead (mine did but it was flawed and didnt seat firmly and kept falling out) I bought these on AMAZON and they stayed in securely...
