Spoon Stiff Plate for DE5 doable?

I have read people here already confirm fitment of the spoon rigid collars for the fl5 working for the de5

has anyone confirmed fitment of the fl5 spoon stiff plate on a de5?

Can confirm that the Spoon stiff plate, collars, F&R swaybars, front endlinks and motor mounts from FL5 fit.

Good to know I have the spoon collars spoon springs and mugen dampers installed, they are awesome..What was install like on stiff plate and sway? I’m assuming stiff plate easy. What about front and rear sway bars? Lastly is stiff plate and sway bars worth it/noticeable difference

Can’t say which piece added the most noticeable difference since we installed a bunch of other suspension mods at the same time but front sway bar isn’t easy since the front subframe needs to be dropped.

The stiff plate and collars were easy to install compared to the front swaybar.
The best bang for the buck and difference is the rear motor mount, rigid collars and a 22mm rear sway bar. Did this to my FK8 and could feel a drastic improvement in handling and less wheel hop.

Front sway bar is never easy, but well worth it on a mcstrut car.

Are the bars solid or hollow? Weigh less or more than stock?

Bars are solid and heavier. RSB is wider diameter and FSB is same diameter as OEM.
