Suspension nerd question: does anyone know the spring rates of the stock DE4 1.5T Integra springs? Are they the same as the 11th gen Civic Si? I'm having trouble getting solid info online
Spoon makes springs for the FE1 Civic but they aren't sold on blackhawkjapan. Spoon USA sells them but importing them to Canada will be extremely expensive (paying in USD+customs). I want to see how the Spoon FL1 spring rates compare to our DE4 Integra spring rates. I may consider getting the Spoon FL1 Civic springs. I'm quite certain fitment isn't an issue, someone in the blackhawkjapan reviews of the Spoon FL1 springs confirms they fit the FE1 Civic Si, and I know from other brands that any springs that fit the Si will fit the Integra. My question is around the spring rates and any unexpected differences in the car's behaviour as a result
OEM JDM FL1 Hatch F: 2.7kgf/mm, 155in/lb R: 2.8kgf/mm, 156in/lb
OEM USDM Si F: 2.7kgf/mm, 155in/lb
R: 5.7kgf/mm, 320in/lb
Spoon Sports FL1 springs F: 3.4kgf/mm, 190in/lb
R: 3.4kgf/mm, 190in/lb
Spoon Sports FE1 springs: Front:3.4 kgf/mm , Rear:4.5 kgf/mm
