I have the APR GT250 wing, I can't say enough good stuff about them. (other than the wing install manual is a bit goofy)
Do be warned tho. They are functional wings, so you do want a bit more front down force to balance things out. Or you will feel the down force in the rear.

Fixed that for you ?.

The gt250 wing is VERY efficient. It generates over 150lbs at 80mph and over 350lbs at 120 mph. It respectively generates 30 and 65lbs of drag as well. You can add a gurney flap and make it even more efficient with minimal drag addition.

To balance out the front you need a reasonable splitter back to the axle, 4" extension, air dam, a fence, and preferably diffusers that dump into the wheel wells at about 8" wide. This would generate roughly 400lbs at 120mph and bring the grip back forward to reduce understeer.

Generally speaking you want front end aero first when converting a road car to a track car, but it's more complicated and expensive to do so people throw on wings and then just rivet on a massive air dam that nearly touches the ground. They then "fix" the resulting understeer with spring, bar, tire, and/or dampening.
The figure you provided was for 15 degrees of angle of attack. I am using the default setting of 5 degree and the down force is about less than half of what you said. And I still do feel the front end is a lot lighter than I used to when I took the apr front airdam off for autoX. The wing came wiht gurney flaps as you can see in the photos.

And as setup wise, you do not need a lot of down force in the rear for a FWD car. You need a bit of rear end grip mostly for high speed corners stability. And as powerful as TCR cars go, they almost never go over 13 degree of attack angle on the wing. And GTC-250 wing is used in TCX America too. So you really don't need the "reasonable splitter back to the axle, 4" extension, air dam, a fence, and preferably diffusers that dump into the wheel wells at about 8" wide.". Unless you are pushing for some unholy amount of horsepower.

And to my knowledge. After doing a track day with this setup and some trackcross events. I feel the car is pretty balanced. The only reason I brought up the front end aero is to note OP if they do go this route they would want some balance.

A splitter is in the front. It would be to the front axle typically. It does indirectly increase rear downforce because it lifts the meeting point of upper and lower air to a higher point in the rear, but it's primary purpose is to I crease front downforce, not rear. Tcr cars don't make much power...thats their allure for competition. The gti Tcr I drove a couple years ago was an absolute riot. It was the dsg car too, not the full sequential.

You're right, though. Those figures are for the roughly 15 AOA, and yeah fwd cars need virtually no rear downforce unless they're totally gutted and the front has already been sorted. ?
