I am having a similar rattle issue, in sport mode around 4500 RPMs in any gear is sounds like a tin can high frequency rattle coming from the dash. If I rev threw to the redline it comes on as I pass 4500 and goes off somewhere north of 5500, it seems like something is resonating I just cant find out from where. I have an appointment with the dealer to see if they can address it, did you guys have any success with them?

the only other noise I've heard sounds like a cicada (winding) noise when I accelerate at any time.

I am going to check under my seat to see if its the adjuster bar talked about in the Type R forums but I don't think it will be

I realize I am being pretty picky, these are minor things that with any volume of the radio are not noticeable. I love the car and the way it drives.
I am hearing the same noise but around 3k RPMs. It went away for a while after I did an oil change but it came back ~1000 miles after

I took it into the dealer to get it fixed, the really bad noise was linked to a broken camera lens mounted in the center head unit that was sitting against the windshield. This fixed the very noticeable rattle.

While they were in there, they showed me how the design was not great for anti-rattling. It had a lot of loosely mounted metal on metal within the head unit itself. They tried to remedy by adding some foam, it helped a little but didn't make the rattle go away completely.

Overall, I think this car just likes to rattle. Being front wheel drive, any time you spin the front wheels too much, creating some front end ' wheel hop', it shakes things loose & can even break some things.

This helps. I’ll ask to give it a check next I go in
