Noise while coasting

Does anyone else hear a squeak/whistle when decelerating with no throttle at ~45 mph? I assume it is a turbo noise. It is not loud and is constant, doesn't sound gritty or like grinding. It sounds like it would be a normal turbo noise but i don't know anything about turbos. Is this normal? Do i have to buy a bigger turbo now?

that's the wastegate actuator. they all make that high pitch key-jingling noise on decel. nothing wrong with it!
