Hey everyone!

My name is Alex and I am a Honda fan.

I wish I knew about this forum sooner, but I'm here now!

In 2022, I was tempted to buy a Civic SI, but I didn't like the fact that Honda doesn't offer the powertrain with the hatchback form factor.
As I cancelled my plans for the Civic, I said to myself that I would instantly buy the Civic SI if Honda made it hatchback.

Few months go by, and the Integra was revealed. At first I absolutely hated the way it looks, but then, I realized it was what I wanted : A hatchback Civic SI :)
Faithful to my words, I started shopping around and the experience was so much more easy than shopping for a Civic SI, due to demand.

Right after getting it I bought summer wheels and enjoyed driving it around town and went on a road trip with it.
I absolutely loved the car, except for the steering issue and a few rattles during winter (hard plastics freezing up).

At this point I was not considering the Type S, as I needed a cheap to run daily and the A-Spec was perfect for that.
Until one day, an Integra Type S drives by me on the highway and waves at me. It poisoned my soul.

I tried to convince myself for months: don't need another sports car..., it's not as comfortable..., I don't need Brembo brakes for a daily..., the car sits lower and it's not as good for winter driving..., blablabla.....

Yeah, I failed. So here I am now, with an Integra Type S 😂 and my girlfriend says it's essentially the same car but black.

"It poisoned my soul" LOL! I felt the same way. I test drove one when they first came out but went a different direction for a bit. But I too eventually came back around when a 25' had been sitting on the lot where my Subaru/Acura guy works and couldn't pass it up. I saw a carbon copy of yours this weekend in MN. Looks really nice with the Black.
