Hey I have just received and installed the Mugen window deflectors for my DE5 and have run into a small fitment issue with the rear deflectors. It seems as if the curvature doesnt match the window trim as there is a 1cm gap at the end.

I have attached some pictures to show what I mean. It is on both sides. Did anyone else run into this problem?

I have installed the OEM window deflectors on my previous SI without issues so I dont think I have installed it wrong

I have the Mugen visors and it should be an equal gap between front and rear edges of that visor. Think your visor was laid down closer to the front door, creating that issue with the rear. The instructions should've given you the mm's to measure off the top/front/sides with masking tape and use that as an alignment guide when applying the visor.

i tried it with equal gap front and rear of the rear deflector and it didnt align properly and looked worse so i just chose to install it closer to the front. I thought having the improper fitment at the rear would hide it more.

not sure if itd be worth rebuying the rears and reinstalling a proper fitting one or just leaving it as it doesnt seem too noticeable unless up close.

I should have probably installed the front deflectors a bit closer to the edge of the door but the install guide shows the rears being pretty much almost at the edge towards the front
