car is delayed for the 4th time now lol

the dates of arrival for my ITS have been pushed back 4 times so far. This is getting pretty annoying and ridiculous lol. Is it normal to keep getting car shipment delays?

I wasnt told which model year but i would assume 26'

my dealer just got an allocation for my ITS that I had put a deposit down in july. should be arriving in 2-3 weeks
