I recommend a coolant flush at the dealer so they can vacuum pump it all out and refill without air pockets. This should be done 60k-100k miles depending on how fast you racking up the miles and how much highway driving you do. After that, every 50k-60k miles.
For carbon build up prevention, i like to use CRC intake valve and turbo cleaner every 10k miles. And every 5k miles a good complete fuel system cleaner in the gas tank to keep injectors and pistons clean.
