Hi,

I am “dying” to tune my ‘24 ITS. I’ve been reading your comments on JB4 but nothing concrete.
Thoughts on using JB4 tune?

Why do you want to use the JB4? If you think you can remove it before a service visit leaving the dealership none the wiser, you are mistaken. Skip the JB4 and go with COBB Tuning or Hondata. They are better solutions in almost every way and there's far more support.

No. It’s the price point and auto-tune capability. I don’t care if dealership finds out.

Get a Ktuner v1.2, it's an affordable real tuner. It'll comes with 3 customizable base tunes. If you buy it directly from TSP or Phearable they will also include their tune for free.

KTuner isn't supported for FL5 & DE5 platforms.

Spend the extra couple of $100s and get Hondata or COBB. There's a reason why the majority don't run the JB4 piggyback.

😂😂😂😂

I have hondata on my ITS but ran JB4 on my BMW M cars for over a decade with zero issues and great performance.

Some platforms just develop a story around what is better, and it sticks.

If you're considering the JB4 I suggest going to www.jb4tech.com forum and see if there's an active thread for our engine family. That usually tells you how mature the development is.

JB4 is a good product and a welcome option, imo.
