I fiberglassed my own 10 inch subwoofer enclosure

So I think the ELS sound system is pretty decent, but the bass was lacking. I wanted to add a JL subwoofer but I'm not a fan of big sub boxes taking up my entire hatch area so decided to make one in the left cubby hole. The results are fantastic and I get to keep 95% of my hatch area.

Yep.. JL 10TW3.. the box is about .45 cubic inches so I added polyfill to make it seem 0.5 cubic feet, which is what JL recommends.

Awesome work. I agree with you, the bass is lacking. I have a 10" JL in my 5 series, and I definitely miss it when im in the integra.

Thanks! It was a fun project but very tedious, not something I would like to do again anytime soon. I asked a local car stereo shop how much they would charge to build me one and they quoted $1400!
