HRC Prototype ITS Wing

I think this wing looks amazing and would definitely put it on my ITS should it ever become available. Does anyone know if this prototype will go into production or not? I would love to be able purchase one of these wings.

All these HRC parts have been teased to go into production, but nobody knows when or what exact form that will take.

My guess is that we're going to get an extremely limited run of HRC Integras... possibly branded as the Type R. It's feasible we'll be able to buy the parts individually as well under HRC.

I haven't been following closely the past few weeks, but last I was paying attention signs seem to point to Honda winding down production of the FL5, possibly for good. If that's the case the writing's on the wall that the Type S will follow. There is precedent for a "special model" from Acura in the form of PMC versions as production is marked to end, this kind of seems like a path they could follow with actually giving people what they want in a Type R- they have all the ingredients right in front of them and they even made the press car yellow.

My guess it will run at least $75k MSRP, and depending on how many units they plan to build you probably won't be able to get one for less than $100k.

It would be a slick move for Acura if they actually want to reestablish themselves as a significant contender in the luxury sports car market, but it's all probably being sorted out in board rooms at the executive level as we discuss this.

I would also be interested in the wing. The side profile would benefit. The color matched panel is pretty slick as well. Ties the whole package together. I imagine I would need a professional to install it for me though. Would likely be pretty pricey all said and done
