So I know this might be a biased answer but is Hondata the top dog in the tune business?
For the 10th and 11th gen Civic (non-Type R), Ktuner is typically considered superior

If you watched their video on the tune they mention more content soon including better fuel testing.
This is what I'm curious about it. 93 is readily available in NY and I just threw on an intake filter from prl. Car is quick when you get on it

That said I know Hondata is popular as well. I am sure they do some things uniquely different. Just trying to figure it all out.

This compares the stock 22 Si with a stock 23 Integra.
The integra was tested mid Summer, the Si mid winter.

Snap shot of Hondata and features available:
  • We have a team of 12 people
  • We own a collection of 14 Hondas for testing and development
  • We've been in the business for 23 years
  • We've tuned and driven our own cars to over 300 MPH
  • We are told we have the best software in the industry.
  • We support many Honda race teams
  • CARB and EPA street legal tunes
  • Freely downloadable software
Honda has told us they appreciate the support we give to their racers

Fact - there is a lot of misinformation on the internet; a lot about Hondata. If you want the truth call 310 782 8278 X105 to talk to me. Better still come pay a visit and I will show you around.

We are building some kick ass products for this platform. That is my current focus. Data is in our name and part of our DNA

That is awesome! That you for the graphs. Safe to say in cooler temps more similar to what the Si had, the integra will perform even better.

Any word on the CVT tune?

Super interesting. The curves are nearly identical which I guess proves the point that the integra just has a better tune. We're these dyno on 93 octane or 91 ?

I called Hondata on the phone, the main guy there is a very nice, knowledgeable, eager to help person. He gave me some awesome advice on a few topics. He told me quality is paramount and above all else and I believed him. He didn’t have to reach out to me and do that, but he did. Bravo.

Another comparison. More data. We test everything extensively. The 10th generation Civic Si rated by Honda at 205 Hp. You can see how the torque curve on the Integra is wider, giving more bottom end and more top end. That makes it a lot more drive-able.

That's what I appreciate about this car, the power is always there and doesn't fall flat on its face until you reach close to redline. I see that your tune fixes that and it's a more gradual decline closer to redline.

I watched the AHC Garage YouTube video for the installation of all the PRL parts. Very cool. I want those upgrades so much, they seem to go well together with a Hondata tune.
