Anyone done a front pipe yet? I installed the TSP downpipe yesterday, wasn't difficult but had quite a few steps not covered by any videos I watched which made the process a lot longer than it had to be...

Was going to do the FP at the same time, but the rear plastic shielding is massive and did not want to open that hornets nest. So how much of it needs to be dropped to access the rear bolts? Some videos only removed a few clips but they were on a lift, not ramps...

I did the prl front pipe. It's not difficult though the PRL uses through bolts vs OEM had a welded nut so a bit more tedious.

Yup, mine is PRL as well and was the reason I didn't do it! Knew I could get old one out because you only need to unbolt from the rear. It's getting in to hold the nuts on the replacement that worried me. How much of the rear plastic tray did you have to drop to access the nuts?

Hahahaha, but it's so easy though!! Videos say only takes 15 minutes!!!

I still need to put in that one heat shield bolt under the intake tube, trying to meditate first...

is this the downpipe you ordered? their website says it doesn't fit DE5 but I dont see any other on their site.
Downpipe Upgrade for 2017-23 Honda Civic Type R FK8 FL5 2.0T (twostepperformance.com)

I ordered the RV6 downpipe. And added ceramic coating for that extra heat protection and bling.
This will throw a.check engine light ever few hundred miles. Hondata tune fixes this.

Here is the front pipe.
