Hi,
Went to the dyno monday... I only have the PRL intake so far and a flashpro... Boy that was not fun... I was used to quick dyno runs between reflash with my other cars... now, what a pain! wait for reflash... then waited for the O2 to start making correction... then the engine was super hot when doing each runs... I was limited in time before the shop closes so I used 2hours... Another thing, the ''tuning'' way of life is pretty dead here so the shop did not have the odb2 dongle to read the RPM for the dynojet... we tried the old clamps around an ignition wire method... but it was weird and did not read correctly... so we used the ''speed based'' way instead of the RPM based... HP numbers are ok. I had to use excel to get RPM from speed values and then got good torque values. The ECT was at 90-93C (194-199F) on each runs and IAT at 60-62C (140-144F)... Even with massive heat soak I did not get any knocks. I tried stock map #770, hondata 93 #772, 87 octane #773, 91 octane #774 and 94 octane #775. I was surprise to see what the 87 map was able to do
Sorry for the excel graph but that was to only way to show torque results...
#770 stock map = 302whp and 325wtq
#772 Hondata 93 = 308whp and 347wtq
#773 87 Octane = 302whp and 381wtq
#774 91 Octane = 326whp and 386wtq
#775 94 Octane = 348whp and 394wtq
