Can’t upgrade NFT

Picked up my Integra on 6/10 and tried to upgrade my NFT at Acuraverse this morning (6/12). Put in VIN as asked and it shows “Your VIN is incorrect. Please review it.” I reviewed it and made sure it’s accurate several times (trying both lower case and capital letters) with no luck on getting the upgrade.

Any luck for others?

Also here, but I was assuming it's because I picked up the car on Saturday, and Dealer funds transfer won't be completed until Monday. Definitely watching this space...
