Same. Liked my q300. Didn’t love it till I had the res swapped for a fluid motor union 3” in and out megaphone. Sounds amazing now

Been thinking about swapping the dp. Gonna have to definitely add a resonator post megaphone now

but as is, the borla is hard to beat in terms of sound, volume and texture. Little too hot in comfort imo but how it sounds with the valve open makes up for that

Do you have any sounds clips with the q300 with the megaphone installed? I have a q300 on my car too so im curious how this sounds. Hope its major UWU

Sounds good, the last mods i will be doing will be the intercooler and downpipe along with a tune. Not really looking for crazy power but I want improved throttle response with no rev-hang. Hopefully the megaphone and downpipe doesn't get too loud

First two revs in comfort. Next two in sport. And last in sport plus (i don’t think the engine was warm enough for the pops)

Megaphone didn’t increase volume. Just made for the deep hollow almost titanium exhaust type sound. Since I have the stock dp there’s no drone unless I’m on cruise control at 80mph ish

and even then that’s easily ignored with music at volume 7 or 8

I barely remember but as soon as I broke her in. I swapped the oil and hit the dyno. I think I made like 290 something whp and very low 300 wtq. Like maybe 300-305wtq?

then i did intake, intercooler, q300 with the megaphone. Dyno’d again at the same place and did like 310-315whp and like 315-320wtq

July 25th Hondata will be jailbreaking here. Gonna unlock and run the 91 octane ots. I’ll eventually dyno again after that. From there I’ll decide if I wanna custom tune or not. Definitely don’t want more than maybe 350-360wtq tbh

the very very vast majority of my gains are way after 5k rpm. It’s all up top. I think my gains are like 6-8whp in the middle of the power band with the rest coming in after maybe 5,5 to 5,8k rpm.

nothing wrong with that. Just wanted to set expectations. U won’t feel much till U purposely dig in. At least there’s some drama and sound. Big UWU
