m240i is a great choice .. fast, luxury, features, coupe styling … does it even come in a manual? utility and manual would likely still make the ITS a better choice (the ITS/CTR is likely much nicer feeling than the BMW … I had an F80 with manual and it was super rubbery… decent, but not great)...
$5k over on a CTR does make a compelling counter argument. but since most are actually MORE than that, the ITS starts to make sense again. Annoying times, these.
to me… $52k is a bit higher of a price that makes the value slightly less but the car itself still is a unique package that just...
Just curious. What were you hoping for? what’s the highest # you would’ve said “oh fine… less is better but that’s still worth it”
I would’ve loved <$50k but I’m not a “magic number” kind of guy.
think about the package that is being offered and what the financial and lifestyle costs or challenges it will create. a new Bugatti Chiron for $150k may be a great value but still may not be "worth it" to someone with 6 kids if you have to sell the minivan for the hyper car.
value is funny...
not a dumb question. I’m wondering the same thing. I’ll say that a if it has 1,000mi of test drive miles on it, interest may not be very high on it to purchase. I remember buying my first new car with 7miles on it and thinking ”hmm… wonder why they drove it so much” lol
i guess the question is ... what if you somehow miss that first round of clicks .... ? i'm interested to see how this plays out. such an interesting system that i haven't come across but i just hope they make plenty cars and dealerships play nice.
you and a lot of people.... i love the GT3 and really want a 992.2 ... i'm on a short list for a Z06 and may use that as a way to get myself into a 992.2 GT3 .. that's my plan right now ... there are about 30 color combinations that i'd happily own/drive. nothing wrong with being fixated on...
i consider myself fortunate ... i've gotten my first choice plenty of times including specing out a few to be built (F80 M3s, GT4, namely) and several that were on the lot that were nice builds. even when i have ordered a car I go back and forth between colors and have a hard time nailing it...
since my salesman said "here are the color options, please let me know what you'd like" i basically ranked all of the colors assuming they would only have access to some and i tried to make it a point that i'd take anything. HOWEVER, it would be great if the units were ordered how the customer...
I almost grabbed an integra but when an Si came up at MSRP I grabbed it. the hatch is nice but not necessary in my commuter since I have other haulers. I also prefer the styling of the Si and actually the dash too. Pretty much a wash for most of the features. I also think the Si seat shape...
i really like my Si and feel like it’s a great value for fun. But knowing the features Canada got, although gimmicky stuff, does perturb me a bit.
even a bigger issue - I wish we got the M3 wagon in the States ……..
i hope so too! i wonder what carvana is offering for them these days. i like to see their offer to keep in my back pocket for when i go to trade cars in that way i have a target price and offer in hand.
ranked all of the combos when he sent me the list. I decided to ultimately tell him I don’t care and will take anything lol. Opportunity to get outside of my usual black/white/silver/gray with black interior. I dislike red interior but still much better than the CTR imo and I’m sure I could...
are you doing these mods for the track or just to enhance your street experience? i'm not familiar with what PRL, Spoon, 27won offer but it sounds like you're planning on doing a lot to the car.
personally, I don't modify my cars much because it's such a hassle when I want to trade them out...
the dayton location offered me an integra a spec at MSRP but then i found an Si at MSRP and i backed out ... i felt bad but i liked the looks of the Si better and ultimately deemed it to be a better value.
They also said i could get an ITS at MSRP *HOWEVER* that was before i backed out of the A...
and the 765LT and Senna have 245 fronts!!! Crazy.
buttttttttt as you know there is no engine sitting on top of those front tires nor are they on a drive axle. so the rear tires are the ones to look at…
325 back there for 3RS (beefy, close to the top for factory builds). ….. 305 / 315 rears on...
