Tirerack only has 1 tire option in factory size. 255/35 ~$50 cheaper per tire and a dozen options. It's minimal but 0.4in narrower if you want to count that towards better drivability in snow.
Definitely not as grippy but that's to be expected. Noise level is about the same. Ever so slightly more soft/comfortable over little cracks and bumps. I'm satisfied with them to get me through the cold temps the next few months
Posted already in " What did you do to your Integra Type S today?" but figured I'd share here too.
This is my "winter" set up. 255/35/19 500TW Falken FK460 all seasons.
They're quite blue in person!
I love blue tinted glass, I'm a sucker for it. I have the same Spoon glass on my EK civic and always rock a blue tint Broadway mirror on all my cars haha
I have Spoon Sports blue mirrors but they are stick on. Hasn't been cold enough yet to see if defrost works adequately.

I 100% agree snows are the way to go if you are driving in inclement weather frequently. I've had a set in the past and it was a game changer. I'm just considering my own personal circumstances. I got away with using good all seasons the last 6 years on my previous car. Things have changed for...
Still debating on dedicated wheels and snow tires or just getting all seasons... Can't make up my mind. The stock tires are already sketchy with temps dropping into the 50s and rainy. DWS06 are appealing for less than $1100 shipped.
Very thorough write up and story, we appreciate the input! Love hearing great things about the capability of these cars on track in stock form. Look forward to the day I take mine on!
No problem! I haven't had to use it yet thankfully, only about 1,750 miles. After questioning my dealer how much of a hard time they would give me if it needed to be used they insisted no issues at all. If damages happen to the wheel or tire they replace or repair (depending on scenario) at no...
Huh, I didn't realize this came standard... Only thing I tried was moving the mirror switch from L to R to see if it would initiate tilt down while in reverse but no luck. Figured it wasn't a feature
My factory wheel is also tilted to the left a few degrees. Most noticeable while driving straight on the highway. Mentioned it to my dealer and they were supposed to align the car after my accessories were installed. Never got done :rolleyes1:
Care to share info on ambient lighting swap? Are they from the FL5? Just doors/handles or also the roof ambient lighting near the map lights as well? Thanks
