  1. Too Old For ITS?

Im 55 also, lot of us Gen Xers here it seems. I’m old enough that a ā€˜97 GSR sedan was my first car purchase. (I did drive a ā€˜93 Civic Ex manual before that but that was my mom’s). I will say above like 40 or 45 I stopped driving aggressively, dunno if it’s low T or a speeding ticket that was...
  2. 2025 ITS 'ordering'

I’ll be looking at 2026 models of CTR or ITS, hopefully still in production by then. Will be back in the US summer 2025, and we’ll need to buy two cars.
  3. Very interested to hear from new ITS owners that came from a smaller car!

I went from 2017 Sport hatch to 2020 Si, which is 5" longer - I didn't really notice it in parking and not at all driving, but it did look very long visually when parked, which I wasn't a big fan of. It is a factor for me, especially since the Type R is 4.5" shorter. But unless you parallel...
  4. Stocks and Options

PM mining stocks are again in the toilet like 2008, get back on that horse.
  5. Type S vs CT4V Blackwing test drive review

I always bought manual cause it makes boring drives more involving. Whenever I test drove a car in both versions, like the GTI, I preferred the manual. If both are available it’s a no brainer but when only auto it’s a more difficult choice. I’m driving my first auto in Taiwan cause the only...
  6. Type S vs CT4V Blackwing test drive review

I love those, my top pick of non manuals. I need to test drive one to see if it’s fun enough without a manual. Id get an Alfa but nearest dealership back home is 45-60 min drive depending on traffic.
  7. Type S vs CT4V Blackwing test drive review

    I prefer the smaller CT4, and don't really need 680 hp, a 450 hp n/a V8 would be perfect. A manual IS500.
  8. Type S vs CT4V Blackwing test drive review

I’m hoping they send off the CT4 Blackwing with a normally aspirated V8. But Even if they did, it would be marked up to $100k. ?
  9. The Integra is a major let down

Well my 10th gens were 2017 and 2020, and they buzzed and rattled too. Just seems like a Honda thing.
  10. The Integra is a major let down

My Focus has never rattled in the year we’ve owned it. both my 10th gen Civics buzzed and rattled a lot even in the first year, as did my old GSR and ā€˜94 Civic EX. it’s a Honda tradition that goes way back, and is just something you live with in Hondas.
  11. The Integra is a major let down

That's bullshit, complain to corporate or find another dealer.
  12. Trading in my new Lexus for an ITS

Do you still have the RX7 or just the Lexus? Keep the Lexus for your wife and get a BRZ/G86?
  13. Trading in my new Lexus for an ITS

There's a lot of dated vehicles now worth more than their original MSRP. I think it's simply that it's $60k and up, so there's limited buyers at that price point - and it's sort of an in-between vehicle - it's not as ISF, so doesn't appeal so much to ISF fans, but it's impractical like you...
  14. Trading in my new Lexus for an ITS

Yeah, I don't see the appeal of the IS350, the car and engine are ancient. The IS500 however will be a future classic. OP, I'd get an IS500, make yourself and the wife happy. Very unlikely she'll be happy driving stick.
  15. Integra Type S PMC Edition

I'd consider it if there's no ADM, but no chance of that, even in a recession, dealers gonna greed.
  16. Integra Type S PMC Edition

Presumably it'll be a $6-7k premium plus at least that in ADM, for cosmetic modifications. Pass.
  17. CTR at 5k ADM vs MSRP ITS

I guess if having a CTR now vs 3-6 months from now is worth $5k to you, go for it.
  18. 1000 mile weekend trip in Integra Type S -- feedback

Awesome, love the cinematography and the scenery. This really sells me on the car too, just have to decide CTR or ITS.
  19. New Mustang GT priced competitively with Integra Type S

People should be angry at inflation, just don’t blame the carmakers - vehicle prices have lagged most other things.
  20. New Mustang GT priced competitively with Integra Type S

    Yeah but for $60k you get a brand new . . . errr . . . Ford. ?
