Exterior differences aside, what do you get with the ITS? Heated leatherette seats, a HUD, and a nice stereo system (and it is a nice stereo system)? The car looks great, I'll give Acura that, but as you said, there is no way this is anywhere close to $8k more car than a CTR. No way.

I honestly don't see how a dealer is going to sell any of these with a $10k ADM. I don't see the value in it at $52k. At $62k, I would have to be committed to a mental institution.

Just texted my dealer to pull me from their list, and to refund me the $1k deposit I put down a couple months back. I don't see the value in a $52k Integra, 6MT or not.

My dealer quoted me $33-34k for my 2021 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD with 21k miles on it. Granted, that's without haggling at all, but I'd still be at ~$20k delta once factoring in tax. I don't think you're getting $35k for a car that stickers at $37k unfortunately.

And you lose features that the $37k A-Spec Tech has (rear USB, sunroof, power passenger seat, memory driver seat, possibly the option for a heated steering wheel).

$52k is CPO S5 SB money. And you get AWD, and you get more luxury features. Acura is smoking meth at that price IMO.

Just take the seats out of a TLX A-Spec/Type-S (they're the same seat, the Type-S just has an inflatable bolster which isn't needed). The seats already exist, are real leather, and have heating and cooling. And, they already exist, no need to design a new seat.

The GRC was never on my radar for a number of reasons. Rear legroom is an abysmal 29.9", it's literally useless. Interior is bargain-basement cheap in terms of the materials. But, if you can get one at $38k with an LSD, it's not terrible, provided you can live with the non-existent rear seats...
