  1. what are your annoyances with your Integra Type S?

I agree, it did take me a while to set it properly. Now I find it more comfortable than my previous FK8 seats.

  4. Undercoat protection - Type S

Products like surface shield and fluid film are good in protecting metal parts against rust. They do need to be re applied periodically to maintain protection

how did you use the original shift boot retainer?
  7. I installed the Carbon Fiber spoiler today

Im not a fan of the OEM carbon fiber spoiler between the extra holes, peeling issues and price. I’m looking forward for other options to be available, using existing holes and tape preferably in gloss black to match the rest of the car. Artwork body shop has one available made of fiberglass (I...
  8. Just Totaled my 2020 Type R, looking at the new integra

I traded in my 21 FK8 mainly because of seat comfort problems with my wife, she wasn’t comfortable in them. The Integra feels more refined, while the FK8 is more raw. I feel the Integra puts power down better from a stop, shifter feels better. But Im comparing a 38k car to a 52k car. For 40k the...
  9. TPMS sensor issue

I haven’t had this issue on my ITS, but I’ve had accessories like phone chargers interfiere with the tpms signal causing this problem on other Honda cars.
  10. I installed the Carbon Fiber spoiler today

Do you think the accessorie carbon fiber spoiler would be secure enough without drilling the extra holes on the car?
  11. List of Honest Acura Dealerships For Type S (MSRP vs Markup List -- Integra Type S)

Try buying a FL5, the nonsense is 10x worse.
  12. DIY Oil Change Recommendation

When my sales person told me about the 2 year free maintenance (nothing is for free at a car dealer) I told him I wouldn’t be bringing my car in for them. Then I said that I actually enjoy changing the oil in my cars, he looked at me like I was crazy. I wanted a discount since I wasn’t using...

  15. Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps - Installed on Type S

Are you guys planning on offering a hatch spoiler for the ITS, sort like the oem accessories but in gloss black? Preferably that mounts on existing holes and adhesive tape. Thanks
  16. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

I would have never considered this to be a issue, sort of like forgetting that your kids are in the back seat of the car. I wish the headlights had a permanent OFF position. But considering how many people are driving at night with no headlights on, I understand why they do it.
  17. FL5 Sprint drop in filter.

I’d like to know how much (filtering) these see thru filters actually do. I think it’s like having no filter except for leaves or other pieces of big debris they won’t let thru.
  18. Everyday Driver: Integra Type-S, Civic Type-R, Audi S3 comparison review

The best part for me of these review videos is the comment section, while all the reviewers/owners like the ITS, there are always crazy comparisons in the comments. Also always the price debate, while I think this car is overpriced by 2-3k, I much rather pay 52k for the ITS than 50k+ for a FL5.
  19. Paint Defect

Good luck finding a defect free car, meanwhile I’ll keep enjoying my ITS.
  20. Going to battle with dealer installed PPF
