I understand your point. Lower interest means cash down barely affects the payment. So why bother.
In a high rate market $1000 down for example has a much bigger impact on payments.
So the value of a down payment seems much higher in a high rate market.
However, the real reason you shouldn’t...
Yeah that’s wrong. Dealers already got their allocations and placed orders. If someone gets one of the 200 and sends the order to that dealer, it’s technically an additional allocation. It doesn’t eat one of the ones they’ve already ordered.
I think Acura took the preorders out of the dealers...
There will be a ton more than 200 available next month. The 200 is just something slightly special because you get it a week early. If you don’t get in on the 200 it’s not a super big deal IMO. You’ll still easily get one next month.
My guess is for a couple of reasons.
1) they want to do something cool similar to the NFT for the first 500 base models. The first 200 ITS’ won’t be numbered or anything special other than have a VIN of 200 or less at the end.
2) The base preorder was a nightmare. People placed orders and some...
On a similar note. Don’t pay ADM on this car. Some dealers are trying to take advantage of the CTR’s low production and trick people into thinking this is the same. I’ve already seen it. Dealers saying things like “this car is super rare” or “there is massive demand for this car”
Neither are...
It doesn’t take the plant months to make 200 cars. Based on sold units, the make at least 1000 integras a month. Plus other models. Once they’re built it only takes 10-14 days to get to the dealer.
Also Acura said on sale next month. That’s June. Meaning non preorder 200 units will be out next...
Guys a hack. He doesn’t have a consistent base. He relies on the algorithm. That’s why he has dramatic shifts in opinion. The 1.5 is fine. Even with a turbo.
I read that preorders through Acura aren’t allowed to be marked up since you’re given a receipt of the total cost with the deposit.
That said, just some wisdom. If you’re worried about not being able to qualify for financing, the car is too expensive for you. Also, NEVER put that much cash down...
The APEXi is gorgeous. But expensive yes, and I really don’t like the placement of the Helmholtz cans. You can see it from the back. Little chrome dots next to the tips. It’s the only ugly part of it.
Nope. The Integra is my daily and I want an auto for that. Plus I’m not a fan of the loss of sunroof or tacked on rear flairs. And where if I really wanted it, the price is affordable, I disagree with it completely. Just the principal of it. It doesn’t have $15k in upgrades over the aspec tech...
I just purchased the Thermal Exhaust for the Integra. This seems like what I’ve been waiting for. Adjustable tip length, double walled tip. Polished (or black) tips. 3 resonators, which the rear 2 sit where the loops were and aren’t visible like an N1 style would be. And Thermal is a brand I...
