Have you tried playing the same music from the same source on the ITS and then in the Porsche. It might help identify the frequency range that isnt meeting your expectations. I must say, that my expectations for sound quality has declined as I've aged.....I can now get by with high frequencies...

My experience is doing a custom ( no pre-cuts) ppf on complex panels ( bumper) doubles the price. A partial hood and front fenders that are custom cut is pretty straight forward and shouldn't add much.....but the bumper is very complex and would be labor intensive.
