I also have the stock spoiler.
I, too, have experienced the doors not responding to the key fob. However, it senses the fob because the puddle lights come on and I've had to open the door by pressing the unlock button which works. I started using my second key, another benefit of the manual...
Has anyone had trouble getting the hatch open button on the back of the car to work in cold weather? A few times I've tried it and the hatch would not open. I then used the key button and the hatch unlocked. This seems like a different, but possibly related, issue to the OP.
My heated seats work well - much quicker and warmer than our Lexus. However, halfway through my 45 minute commute I have to lower or turn off the heat in my Lexus. In the Integra, I never get to such a point. Possibly my car, and a few others, have an issue if that's not a universal experience?
Uh oh, this is a big problem. Search the 11th gen Civic forums for how prevalent "sticky steering" is on those cars. I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue on the Integra, but this seems to be the first report. Almost all Civic owners who have experienced this had it start a few thousand miles...
Do not pay more for a Civic than the Integra, you will get additional features like the ELS radio which seems important to you.
Coming from a Benz, take an extensive look at the car and make sure you are okay with the interior materials. It will certainly have a lower cost to own (fuel...
Both my Porsche and Lexus not only can you turn the headlights off, but you can also turn off the DRLs. I actually don't think they are mandatory in the US but I could be wrong.
Yes, I don't even want to give this video a click. However, if the lighting quirk is that there is no way to turn them off, then I agree. The stalk says off but even turning to that choice doesn't turn off my auto headlights. Very bizarre!!
I totally agree - the TLX looks either too wide, too low, or both. It's an awkward looking car. It's also too long for my preference, combined with too small an interior.
The Z and similar Infinitis have some of the worst manual transmissions. The Integra Type S might have the best one. I think it will be a much more special car than any TLX.
