  1. Oil change dip stick reading high

My experience has been equally sh!t. I filled up what I'm sure was almost exactly 5.7 quarts (5.4L) but it's overfilled to just above the orange plastic piece. I'm going to get back under the car and drain a bit but i feel like the car doesn't drain as well if you jack it up flat on something...
  2. computer indicated oil change question

As an absolute. I only did 6k miles and a year after I rolled of the lot I was at 0. I just changes the oil before storage, I did max 100 miles after the oil change, I expect to fire it up and see it at roughly 70% oil life.
  3. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep it in mind but hopefully I can make the brakes last, not keen on swapping parts that are still good, the dust doesn't bother me that much. On my Si I got my front brakes to almost 60,000 miles so if they're gone quickly, I know it's the car not me.
  4. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Ah, I realized now it was MBMP who posted a picture of them off the car. I wrongly thought it was them that posted the photo of the silver wheels on the car
  5. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

A bunch only because I don't know how many. For me I knew about the higher than average brake dust but it was like boiling a frog, you don't really notice it day to day then you accidentally brush against it, you quickly come to realize "OMG, that's what they're supposed to look like!"
  6. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Very nice! Thank you for the photo. Can you also take a picture after a few weeks of brake dust. To be honest I was shocked just how dark and matte the stock shark grey gets after driving the car for a bunch of miles.
  7. Tuxmat

Clearly you're from somewhere snow is not a big factor. Here's what us northern folks have to contend with during winter, and this is me being extra careful and always kick my boots together before getting in. My Civic with WeatherTech: Notice the dead pedal splash, the Tuxmat has better...
  8. Tuxmat

Yeah I got the protection package which came with all the interior mats, the trunk tray and the mud guards. It was essentially buy 2 and get the 3rd for peanuts based on the pricing of the individual options versus the package price, so I have the OEM mats too and swapped them out within the...
  9. Winter Storage

Tomorrow is the start of the 2025 season. Sad part is that the weather is still pretty bad, might get a chance to drive it on Thursday though. Queue Aerosmith's Back in the Saddle. Is everyone else who stored theirs out of the winter misery yet?
  10. Tuxmat

I've always like the Honda OEM trunk trays, especially the one in my Civic. It's like a bucket where it goes up about 3 inches all around, practically a mini pool. While the Integra's is not quite as lipped, it does do a relatively good job at being grippy and what I like about it most is it...
  11. Tuxmat

I do believe that the center console sticks out a little more on the USB model so on the ITS without, I believe there might be a miniscule gap, we're talking about fractions of an inch but when a company prides themselves on an "exact fit", it's enough to warrant a separate model which I am sure...
  12. Tuxmat

Love mine. Recommend them to anyone getting a new car and will be getting them for all future vehicles in the family. While they are amazing, they are not so much better as to replace mats from weather tech (or similar) if you already have them, but I'd definitely choose Tmats first.
  13. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

That is awesome and the red with black streaks... Chef kiss. Also me according to your shifter...
  14. I tried my hand at comparing the Integra to the usual suspects - Video Review

So many ITS reviews that have kept me entertained through the winter just gloss over the real costs of ownership and typically speak nothing to the fact that one of the biggest "rivals" to the ITS, the S3, is frankly microscopic in comparison. Did a quick screen capture video with voiceover...
  15. Excessive Seat Bolster Wrinkle?

I'm just going to put this out there... While I do get the frustration of the aesthetic being ruined are we so advanced in the 1st world problems department that this needs to be fixed? I see it as follows, this work doesn't happen for free and at the end of the year the bean counters are...
  16. Canada ordering

In Canada we thankfully don't have straight up Dealer markups like the US, but forced accessories is the game they play here. You have to decide how likely it is there's a buyer waiting behind you if you refuse. If in a heartbeat someone else will purchase it, you're SOL, pay the options...
  17. HVAC Control Panel -- Does it show the mode while in Auto?

This is how my Civic HVAC has operated for the past 12 years. I always took it as Auto meant the car would control air speed but out of all vents. In the winter I would always override with the defrost and manually set the blower speed. When switching to the Integra, I just thought this was...
  18. "Type S" badge on front grille

Like others have said, if it's just the badge, it's fishing wire that will get it off like all the others. If you want to also get the badge holder off, I've seen the potential to use a flexible tool to get behind and unscrew it with the bumper still on but it was pretty complicated, you need a...
  19. Full Acuralink services?

Funny, similar experience except the stupid dealership forced me to get it. Long story short, I had my "My Garage" login and it would throw an error code upon the first login attempt. Couldn't solve it and left the dealership with an even bigger smile on my face because the universe essentially...
  20. Proud Owner of Majestic ITS

One of the many reasons i chose LSM. IMHO, a black car will always look better than pretty much every other color when freshly washed but for me it lasts all of 5 minutes. Dust, pollen, rain and road grime quickly take the aesthetic away. Dirty or not this car is meant to be driven, not...
