  1. Two-year report with 2024 ITS

I'm not sure if it still is but Jay Leno, a man that could have any car he wants, had the Gen 2 NSX as his daily driver. Speaks volumes about the usability of it.
  2. Tuxmat

Yeah I get that too. Once in a blue moon but some footwear is much more prone that others. Seems like anything with a distinct heel on it.
  3. Tuxmat

Just an observation from the backroads carving i did the other day. I still love my Tuxmats and would buy them again in a heartbeat, but going around corners with speed makes every single pebble it accumulates roll left and right sounding like a muted maraca. Note to self and others...
  4. Are there hidden cabin cameras built in to the ITS??

*in Duke Nukem voice* Balls of Steel. Maybe the internal spy camera was a bit much but the topic is very valid with real life consequences: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/11/technology/carmakers-driver-tracking-insurance.html And to your specific point, funny enough there actually is a sensor...
  5. 2025 Type S metallic rattle/rub (youtube clip recording)

See that little silver bit just left of center, at the top, just right of the bolt holding the Type-S labeled carbon cover? That piece has play and it vibrates off throttle. There are supposedly inserts for other cars that you can use to help shim it to greatly reduce the noise.
  6. Are there hidden cabin cameras built in to the ITS??

I put the question out in the CTR forum, see if the wider base has an opinion on the matter.
  7. Are there hidden cabin cameras built in to the ITS??

There's a whole thread about the data privacy policy. https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/so-what-exactly-is-the-data-sharing-notification-were-getting-actually-sharing.51956/ Essentially I've concluded, I hope I'm not wrong, but unless you connect to the app and give your car access...
  8. Another Newcomer Here - 2025 ITS

How long before the list is limited to the cup holders and capless fuel filler ?
  9. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Inside, left to right, starting and stopping where the bolster connects to the back. On my Civic it's 10 inches and on the ITS it's 11 inches. The amount it protrudes is less relevant, my theory is that the it's width that gives the hugging feeling and the average torso is smaller than what the...
  10. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Very nice! Can I ask a small favor, could you measure the interior width bolster to bolster. I have a sneaking suspicion that the reason the ITS seats don't hug people is because they're much wider. I know they are at least and inch wider than my Civic's and that makes all the difference.
  11. Any good fitted alternatives to the OEM Type S car cover?

Thanks for the feedback. I forgot to post that the first year I ended up using a generic car cover and sealing it with a 6mil greenhouse poly sheet. Last winter I sucked it up and bought the Car Bag and it didn't a good job at keeping the moisture and temperature stable while my wife went in and...
  12. DIY oil change, how are you lifting your car?

I got the QJ 7000TL on sale at Costco. It goes on sale maybe once a year, sometimes twice for $1400CAD delivered. Depends what you do and how you do it. Just the oil on the ITS, totally agree, your best bet would be wheel ramps. There are some low profile ones you can get. However is it only...
  13. Driver side dash area buzzing at 4k+ RPMs (FIXED)

I think I might have this issue. How buried is it because I'd prefer not bringing it to the dealership?
  14. Apex Blue Appreciation Thread

There's about 5 on the forum from the greater Montreal area
  15. Car and Driver Comparison - Performance Sedans

Not to beat a dead horse but I enjoy watching dashcam vids and sure enough one of these types appeared on an upload today. Guy in the Tahoe is also a douche but who in their right mind purposely parallels a truck sub 60mph and then blasts it to 139.
  16. Car and Driver Comparison - Performance Sedans

Lol, I don't race, at least not in the sense you're talking about. I just drive fast, plain and simple and every now and again I come across a chucklehead who feels the need to camp in the left lane with a chip on their shoulder. Now where most people simply just move out of the way, and we...
  17. Car and Driver Comparison - Performance Sedans

The 100-200kph (62-125mph) would be interesting to know, just in case I find myself in Mexico one day.:p
  18. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

These definitely bring strong EK/EG vibes, at least for me.
  19. Why did you choose a Type S?

I'll try not to be "How I met your mother" lengthy but it's an interesting evolution for me. Was from a very young age brought into the Honda family when my mom bought a Civic in 2000. It took us to Chicago and other road trips and while that thing was painfully slow, the thing could be...
  20. A swoosh or whoosh sound when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear

I was going to say the same and the reason it "only happens 1->2" is because the wind and road noise is louder the faster you go in combination with the intensity of the shift. Are you shifting as hard/quickly at the top of second where you're at highway speeds?
