I put my DWS06+ on about 10 days ago. Once the lows drop into the lower 40ās I notice the stock tires get firm. Anything in the 30ās and the PS4S are like hockey pucks. You really need to be gentle and cautious.
FYI - there is a very long winter wheel and tire thread that you may find helpful. Just do a quick search in the ITS wheel sub-forum. It will pop right up.
Do we have a general baseline of true WHP levels for a stock ITS? And I wonder what the sweet spot is for day to day drive ability. Because honestly, current power can get you into trouble quickly.
Wish I would have snapped some pictures from my Friday - Sunday trip from Western NY through PA, WV, VA and into NC. Had a blast in the ITS as it makes the mountains and curves of WV and VA so easy and fun.
Sounds like the waste gate rattle to me. If you go slowly in first or second and lift off you will hear it but if you shift into neutral it will go away (at least thatās what mine does). It is also much more prevalent when the car is cold, in my experience.
We have a ā23 Si with that engine and after 28,000 miles really have no complaints. I mean I could nitpick here and there but the darn thing runs well, gets 40 or more mpg on the highway, has plenty of passing power, and is fun to drive.
I found a set of basically brand new wheels another member was selling and had DWS06+ mounted on those for the winter and colder months. I honestly wouldnāt change unless you were going to run a dedicated winter tire.
it has normal, Sport, Track and Snow modes. It is extremely fun in sport. Iād just suggest going and test driving one, but make sure it has TnG package. Itās a game changer for the RT. It is essentially an SRT with the 5.7 as opposed to the 6.4. The brembos are ridiculous as well. But the...
I tried to get my wife to consider a MDX Type S last summer but ultimately she went with a Durango again, but this time with the Tow-n-Go package. The Durango has an additional 6-8ā of room which is huge when loading up saddles, etc for a horse show. Plus, it sounds amazing.
Am I doing something incorrectly here or is this a software glitch: my HUD will sometimes show me nav and other times will not. I havenāt been able to figure out a reason yet. As an example - set the nav guidance, nothing appeared. Drove 2 hours and had lunch. Came out and it was working...
Can you show us pictures of exactly what your issue is? Thus far you havenāt provided any pictures. I said it earlier and I will say it again - none of this is making sense and itās smelling like BS more and more.
