Its a pretty easy job. Just rent a spring compressor at your local auto parts store. If you have an impact it does make life easier. I did it in the drive way in a few hours on Jack stands.

The tilt kit is its own unit and seems to be plug-in play. I wouldn't think the two would interfere with each other. I personally didnt care for this feature kn my Aspec since it seemed to lower the mirror a bit too much. Also over time it wouldnt fully return to the normal set position...

There shouldn't be an unplugged cable. There is two of the keyless sensors in the console. One in the rear that had an extension cable running to it and another on the passenger side. Make sure both are connected.

Finally my shifter console cover arrived.. came with M adhesive, i guess the 3 fell off ?. Looks great in matte. It already makes me feel better not seeing that scratched and dirty gloss black.
