Everything you want and talked about adds weight to the car. This is a 3200 pound car. Basically unheard of in 2024/25. Have you considered a Lexus IS? By your own desires, this is the car that sounds like takes care of all your gripes with the Integra.

Do those type r fellas know all type r and type s motors are made in Ohio? The motors are shipped to Japan for install into the type r and then the whole car shipped back…

Fully agree and the S2k is my all time favorite car. It is my Eleanore. Clean examples are rather difficult to come by and if they are in good condition they are expensive…

I wish I needed new tires. Mine only have 2500 miles on them and I don’t want this rubber to sit for 1-2 years… such a good sale. Thanks for sharing!

I do not notice any strange buzzing or vibration at any rpm in my ITS.

i only have 2500 miles on mine, but I feel like mine doesn’t rattle so far. I’m sure the rattles are coming…

I don’t recall saying the ITS is a track car. I can agree, the ITS is not a track car. It just so happens to be capable.

Finally got around to installing the envelope style cargo net. Used a DIY method to install the rivet nuts without a special tool. Overall install took about 20 minutes once I had all the right stuff ready. Is perfect for holding the genuine sunshade behind.

I hate how the usb c cable connection sits. I always think I’m going to accidentally hit it and break it off. I found these low profile 90* adapters that did the trick and point the cable downwards instead. https://a.co/d/0UfMNWp

I’ve had a few hands and the rails squeak after a while in some of the cars I’ve had. I believe adding grease or replacing the rails under warranty will solve it.

I agree with you. I will, however, add that those cars have to have some of the “street” stuff. This makes them road legal so we can purchase them. But let’s face it, those really are track cars. there’s zero need for a street car to have 1600 pounds of downforce or center lock wheels . But we...

the civic type r is marketed as a track car, and has the log R feature, motor is tuned for the track (tuned differently than the ITS), has no TPMs monitor so you can swap wheels quickly and easily at the track, has actual bucket seats.
