    I reached out to him on Instagram. Super cool guy and easy to deal with. He just started working on DE5 interior pieces and I told him what I was looking for. He just so happened to have one completed so I scooped it up. it’s all reupholstered OEM pieces and the fit and finish is top notch.

    Super easy to install. You basically just pull the piece firmly and it unclips. I couldn’t stand the OEM red trim piece in that location. It makes the passenger side seating area look enclosed and cramped.

  14. What's the best way to remove the Vinyl under the Rear Emblem?

    It’s body colored under the vinyl

  15. PRL High Volume Intake

    You remove the two bolts holding the ECU assembly and just move it out of the way. There’s a bracket under the ECU that you need to remove so the intake side snorkel can fit in that area.

    Just installed it a few days ago. I believe it’s the best bang for the buck. Sounds good and it does offer a noticeable increase in throttle response and mid-range pull.

    just my opinion, but the OEM vinyl looks like ass. Looks the best with the OEM gloss black emblem on top of the OEM painted background.

    Getting some actual spring weather here in Wiscompton, so decided to install the PRL HVI intake system last night. Pleasantly surprised with the performance gain (throttle response and pull in the upper rev range is noticeable). whooooooshy noises are sweet too! …next up is the PRL rear motor...

  20. “Upgraded” Head Unit

    Not uncommon for many wireless CarPlay head units. It does it from time to time in my MK8 Golf R and in my CT4V Blackwing. Hasn’t happened in the Type-S……..yet.
