Go with the PRL HVI intake and the TSP catted downpipe. The TSP DP won’t trigger a CEL. As far as tuners. Go through Phearable, Innovative Motorworks (Derek Robinson) or Jester. You can get the unlock, Hondata and a better tune through any one of those guys.
