Very common issue on the ITS and CTR. Mine has been doing this since new and I would love to resolve it.

I drive the front wheels up on some 2x6 boards to give enough clearance for my Arcan low-pro jack to reach the front center jack point. Then I jack up the rear since I rotate my tires when I change the oil. No boards necessary to reach the rear center jack point. Been doing it this way for...

Just wanted to circle back and say that EOS was very courteous and gave me a full refund in the end. I opted not to try a replacement, and will likely go with the Artwork v1 in gloss black.
