@Rdrcr I hope you'll be able to take your pick of either one at MSRP, and maybe even have the chance to look at them back to back/side by side. Both are cars best appreciated in person. MSRP on the ITS should be fixed until mid-2024 (hopefully), but I'm curious to see what Honda will do with...
I'm trying to come up with a way this damage could've been caused by another car (while assuming the other driver was aware they caused damage of some kind yet chose to drive off anyway, because people tend to suck)... but that really seems like something done intentionally and by a human.
I'm...
So I'm 23 days in, and I'm honestly really glad I made the change.
Black was going to be a nuisance to keep clean. I thought I could do it. I truly love the look of a black car. I underestimated my level of OCD at this stage, and upkeep wasn't going to be much fun.
The suspension is slightly...
Assuming you're at stock height, you'll be able to fit those wheels + tires with no risk of rubbing. I just bought a set myself in a similar size.
I finally pulled the trigger yesterday, and I went with a full set of dedicated winter wheels and tires--finding tires that were "winter-y enough"...
I haven't measured, but this option sure looks an awful lot like something that'd fit in one of the dead button spaces...

It'd look pretty lux, if you ask me!
I just ordered a set of winter wheels and tires, so I'm planning to ceramic coat both sets at once--I picked up CQuartz Dlux after having great results with CQuartz 3.0 on the rest of the car. It's wild people will pay $1,000+ to get this work done as it's really not that hard (and oddly enjoyable).
The black emblems look great--if you're already removing the bumper once, might as well consider the illuminated front emblem. You're already in the area, after all, and it's not a hard install.
When I got the roof wrapped on my A-Spec + Tech, the installer said that little space wasn’t part of their original quote and got me for an extra $150 to wrap it—opportunists.
One more that I forgot to mention:
Type-S Aluminum Dead Pedal Cover - $25 / This is in good "used" condition, and the mounting tape (nuclear strength) has been re-covered so should have no problem sticking again. I'll cover the shipping. SOLD
I have a handful of Integra accessories to part ways with, and thought I'd offer them here for anyone interested:
Type-S Cargo Tray - $80 + Shipping / I have two of these, and they're both new. One sold, I have one left in new condition. SOLD
Type-S OEM Door Sills - $70 + Shipping / These were...
I'm down a 245/45/18 rabbit hole now in my hunt for winter wheels/tires--having a heck of a time figuring out whether or not wheels will rub, but these pics give me hope it's doable.
Here's a 245/45/18 setup: https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/avid1-av20-18x8-5-33mm-with-245-45-18-toyos.51302/
Curious to know what @enjay4553 thinks after a few weeks on them. Care to share your thoughts?
So am I crazy for thinking this suggests one could do a 275/40/19 setup using the OEM wheel? Assuming the suspension is OEM, this calculator suggests the wheel will ultimately sit 1.2" closer to the fender (it appears there's room) and the inner sidewall will be .2" closer to the frame (I assume...
It sounds like your issue is generally with the dealership model, and I empathize with you there--dealerships are independent businesses, and pricing for everything will vary from one to the next. Acura sets MSRP for the cars and the accessories, the dealership chooses if/how to mark-up from...
For what it's worth, dealerships agreed to put Acura's list of required accessories on their demo vehicle in order to get a demo vehicle (aka an additional allocation). These vehicles are commonly referred to as "launch edition".
Not all dealerships added these accessories, but I assume most...
I suspect Mo's Tint King in Hilliard would do both PPF and tint, maybe ceramic--they did a great job blacking out the roof of my A-Spec + Tech but refused to fix a wrinkle they put in the tint on one of the back windows. I wouldn't go back, but they were nice guys overall.
Automotive...
