I thought the console, rear housing, and a/c outlet could be ordered from Honda America. Presuming I'm not mistaken, these are the part #'s:
83433-T43-J31ZA - Box ASSY., Console (MT) (VENT) * NH900L *
83406-TVA-A01ZA - Garnish ASSY., Rear * NH900L * (NH900L Neutral Black)

Yeah, since the ITS doesn't have the USB ports that's missing, but you may be able to buy the A-Spec harness to use if the part you purchased is for that trim.
That makes sense, consumer grade < race, so it would follow they would look to reduce the cost of production in order to hit a specific price-point for consumers while ensuring revenue goals. Though, that's not to say they weren't leveraged for the prototype or were those actually early...
Just going off the preproduction prototype, the hood looks the same. It may lack add-on vents, but those would be a separate part form the hood anyway.
Production level more than likely would not be carbon fiber, but they may have used that on the prototype and just painted it.
Same with the...
Yes, it was the wild west of times! You could even go on vacation and leave your garage door open w/o anyone wondering into your house/garage to steal anything!
Unsure if it's different on the Integra, but I don't recall winding it back on the TLX. IIRC, I just activated the electronic parking brake after putting everything back together. The first time it took a little longer, but worked as usual after that.
Another option, which I used on a TLX I previously owned, may be to remove the electric parking brake actuator and use a torque bit to manually retract the caliper. I would recommend replacing the gasket on the actuator which is sold as part of a kit with the two screws. I was warned that the...
That's correct, the type-s wiring harness is already wired for those. If it lacked either, then you would need to follow the instructions for whichever it was lacking.
The black, white, and green wires on the right are used for the model F kit to add electric fold. Take a look at the install instructions here:
AUTO FOLD INSTALLATION WIRING GUIDE
The wires on the left are used for the reverse auto tilt. Review the install instructions here:

Be careful not to mix-up the ends of the green wire running from the power mirror switch to the master power windows switch. The smaller terminal goes into the master power window connector.
Be sure to lift the lock on the connectors prior to attempting to insert the terminals. Both power...
The Type-S doesn't have reverse tilt, but it can be added using either of these from Mikstore:

Yeah, sounds like it may be best to let the dealership tackle this one. Though, I wonder if you might be able to pop the triangular part off the end of the dash to get to into that area.
