Steering Wheel Emblem glare help?

Ever since I got this car I've been trying to minimize the amount of glare me and my passengers receive inside of it, can anyone offer a solution to the steering wheel emblem?

I've seen people plasti-dip their emblems but I'm pretty sure all that does is change the emblem's color while also maintaining the glare, lol.

How does it come off anyway?

I'm not sure if the image was removed or if it stuck around but I did replace some of the shinier parts of my car with matte carbon fiber from jogon.

Though I've definitely considering wrapping some of the parts myself, lol.

Wrap is cheap, and interior parts, once removed are easy to learn on. I fake-carbon wrapped the piano black console, not the greatest job but it got the desired effect.

Now the matte chrome shifter surround catches the sun sometimes so add that to the list.

That shifter surround is evil at certain angles. Right under the sunglasses and into the eyes, .

I'm thinking about painting it with a smoked clear so it's more "black chrome" in appearance, but I kind of like it being silver.

Is the emblem stuck on with glue or screws? I wouldn't mind wrapping it if I knew beforehand lol.
